Effective 1-1-2021.

1. (1) A person that fails to:

   1. (A) register; or

   2. (B) provide full payment for the registration of;

      a watercraft within forty-five (45) days after the date on which the watercraft becomes subject to registration.

2. (2) A person that fails to:

   1. (A) renew; or

   2. (B) provide full payment for the renewal of;

      the registration of a watercraft by the date on which the registration expires.

   3. (b) An administrative penalty collected under subsection (a) shall be deposited in the commission fund.
   4. (c) A person described in subsection (a) commits a Class C infraction.
