Ind. Code § 9-14-14-5
Allocation of money in the highway, road and street fund

Money distributed to or deposited in the highway, road and street fund under this title shall be allocated as follows:
- (1) To the state highway fund as provided in IC 8-14-2-3 .
(2) To the local road and street account as provided in IC 8-14-2-4 .
