It is a Class C infraction for a person to make any false entry in the record provided for in section 6 of this chapter, or to alter, change, or mutilate any entry therein made, without notice to and with the consent of the other party interested therein. It is a Class C infraction for a person to record in such a record a demand for cars not required, or for more cars than are required, or to duplicate any demand for cars previously ordered and not then furnished.
