- (a) After review by the budget committee and approval by the budget agency, money appropriated to the Indiana department of transportation for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, or for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016, for any purpose may instead be expended by the department to provide for the operation of the Hoosier State Rail Line.
- (b) This section expires July 1, 2017.
