Ind. Code § 8-2-15-13 – Operation without license or authorization

(a) A person who keeps, maintains, works, or runs a ferry without being licensed or authorized according to this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
(b) Each day of violation of subsection (a) constitutes a separate offense.
