Within thirty (30) days after a county applies for a grant under section 12 of this chapter, the department of local government finance shall submit to the department a financial report that includes the following information:

1. (1) The amount of money available to the county for the construction and reconstruction of local bridges.
2. (2) Any other information required by the board or the department for the processing of grant applications.
