Failure of permittee to obtain receipt

The commission may impose a civil penalty under IC 7.1-3-23-3 or suspend the permit of a permittee who:
- (1) sells a keg of beer for consumption at a place other than a licensed premises; and
- (2) at the time of sale fails to obtain a signed receipt from the purchaser.
