Ind. Code § 7.1-3-23-23

Revocation for prohibited interest; beer

  1. (a) This section applies to a brewer that manufactures, in aggregate, more than ninety thousand (90,000) barrels of beer in a calendar year for sale or distribution within Indiana.

  2. (b) The commission shall revoke the permit of a brewer or beer wholesaler who holds an interest in another permit in violation of IC 7.1-5-9-3 .
