Ind. Code § 6-3.6-9-10 – Certification of additional information; part of the certified distribution attributable to each tax rate

(1) The tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-5 .
(2) The tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-6 , separately stating the part of the distribution attributable to a tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-6-2.5 .
(3) Each tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-7 .
The amount certified shall be adjusted to reflect any adjustment in the certified distribution under this chapter.

Sec. 10. The budget agency shall also certify information concerning the part of the certified distribution that is attributable to each of the following:
