Ind. Code § 5-9-4-3
"Armed forces of the United States"
As added by P.L.79-2004, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.238-2025, SEC.8.
As used in this chapter, "armed forces of the United States" means the active or reserve components of the:
- (1) United States Army;
- (2) United States Navy;
- (3) United States Air Force;
- (4) United States Coast Guard;
- (5) United States Marine Corps;
- (6) United States Space Force; or
- (7) Merchant Marine.
