Ind. Code § 5-33-4-5

Quorum

As added by P.L.78-2019, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.69-2023, SEC.3.
  1. (a) Five (5) members serving on the board constitute a quorum.
  2. (b) The affirmative vote of five (5) members serving on the board is required for the board to take official action.
