"Public agency"

(a) Before July 1, 2020, "public agency" has the meaning set forth in IC 5-30-1-11 . This subsection expires July 1, 2021.
(b) After June 30, 2020, "public agency" means a state educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-32 ).
