Requirements for notice published on an official website
As added by P.L.152-2021, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.1-2025, SEC.44.
The notice must:
- (1) be in a location on the official website where the notice is easily accessible and identifiable; and
- (2) remain on the official website not less than seven (7) days after the last posting date required by law has expired.
