Enlargement of enterprise zone

(a) The board may not approve the enlargement of an enterprise zone's geographic boundaries unless the area to be enlarged meets the criteria of economic distress set forth in section 9(c)(1) of this chapter.
(b) This section expires December 31, 2018.
