Law enforcement agency receiving report of missing person

A law enforcement agency receiving a report of a missing:
- (1) child less than eighteen (18) years of age shall comply with the requirements of IC 31-36-2 ;
- (2) endangered adult (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-227 ) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18 ; or
(3) veteran at risk (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-346 ) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18 ;
in addition to the procedures described in this chapter.
