Ind. Code § 5-16-15-5

"Public works project"

As added by P.L.149-2021, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.145-2026, SEC.20.
  1. (a) As used in this chapter, "public works project" refers to a construction project governed by an applicable public works statute.

  2. (b) The term does not include any of the following:

    1. (1) A project on the state highway system (as defined in IC 8-23-1.1-39 ).
    2. (2) A railroad project (as defined in IC 8-5-15-1 ).
