- (a) In June and December each year, the board shall prepare a written report generally summarizing the board's activities and the status of the public deposit insurance fund for the previous six (6) months. However, the report may not identify a particular financial institution notwithstanding the requirements of IC 5-14-3 . The report shall be made available on the board's website.
- (b) The chairperson of the board or the chairperson's designee shall present the semiannual report to the budget committee at a public hearing.
