Ind. Code § 5-10-5.5-2 – Creation; investment of plan assets

(a) There is hereby created a state excise police, gaming agent, gaming control officer, and conservation enforcement officers' retirement plan to establish a means of providing special retirement, disability and survivor benefits to employees of the department, the Indiana gaming commission, and the commission who are engaged exclusively in the performance of law enforcement duties.
(b) The assets of the retirement plan created by this section may be commingled for investment purposes with the assets of other funds administered by the board.
