- (1) acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS);
- (2) anthrax;
- (3) hepatitis;
- (4) human immunodeficiency virus (HIV);
- (5) meningococcal meningitis;
- (6) smallpox; and
- (7) tuberculosis.
