Ind. Code § 5-1-3-1

Definitions

As used in this chapter:

  1. (1) "electronic signature" has the meaning set forth in IC 26-2-8-102 (10);
  2. (2) "obligations" shall include any bond, note, warrant, or other obligation; and

  3. (3) "public entity" shall include any political subdivision as defined by IC 36-1-2 , state commission, state authority, and all other public bodies corporate and politic.
