Dealer services division; director to be appointed

As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.174-2016, SEC.1.
  1. (a) The secretary of state shall establish a dealer services division within the office of the secretary of state. The dealer services division shall administer IC 9-32 .
  2. (b) The secretary of state shall appoint a director of the dealer services division established by subsection (a).
