1. (a) The sports wagering fund is established.
2. (b) The commission shall administer the fund.

3. (c) The fund consists of the following:

   1. (1) Initial fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-4-5 .
   2. (2) Fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-6 .
   3. (3) Fees deposited in the fund under IC 4-38-7 .
   4. (4) Administrative fees deposited in the fund under section 1 of this chapter.
