Application of article

This article does not apply to the following:
- (1) The Indiana state lottery established under IC 4-30 .
- (2) Pari-mutuel horse racing under IC 4-31 .
- (3) Charity gaming under IC 4-32.3 .
- (4) Riverboat gambling under IC 4-33 .
- (5) Wagering on gambling games under IC 4-35 .
