The commission may suspend, revoke, or restrict an occupational license for the following reasons:

1. (1) A violation of this article.
2. (2) A cause that, if known to the commission, would have disqualified the applicant from receiving the occupational license.
3. (3) A default in the payment of an obligation or a debt due to the state.
4. (4) Any other just cause.
