Commission; imposition of sanctions against licensee

The commission may impose one (1) or more of the following sanctions against a licensee who violates sections 2 through 13 of this chapter:
- (1) Revocation of a license held by the licensee.
- (2) Suspension of a license held by the licensee.
- (3) A civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
