The OMB shall, not later than October 1 each year, submit to the interim study committee on pension management oversight a written report that summarizes and analyzes the retirement plan information received for the immediately preceding state fiscal year under IC 5-11-20 . The report must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
