- (a) Before October 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the general assembly a report in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 on the effectiveness of the state policies concerning the purchase of products made from recycled materials. In this report the department may recommend revisions to the purchasing policies.
- (b) The report required under subsection (a) must include the name of each agency that was late in providing or failed to provide the department with the information required for the department to submit the report.
