Ind. Code § 4-13-17-8
Agencies to implement
As added by P.L.93-2004, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.177-2005, SEC.8; P.L.9-2024, SEC.94.
The following shall cooperate with the department to implement this chapter:
- (1) The office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1 .
- (2) The state board of accounts.
- (3) The attorney general.
- (4) The state comptroller.
