1. (a) The following amounts are appropriated to the department for the state fiscal year ending June 30, 2013:

   1. (1) Seventy million dollars ($70,000,000) to defease any remaining bonds on the state museum.
   2. (2) Fifty-eight million dollars ($58,000,000) to defease any remaining bonds on the forensics and health sciences lab.
2. (b) Money appropriated under this section may not be used for any other purpose.
