Ind. Code § 4-12-1-10 – Budget committee; meetings; time; expiration of section

(a) This subsection applies to calendar year 2021. The budget committee shall meet:
1. (1) at least once after April 30, 2021, and before July 1, 2021; and
2. (2) upon the call of the chair.
  The committee shall fix the time and place for a meeting called under this subsection.
(b) This subsection applies to a calendar year beginning after December 31, 2021. The budget committee shall meet at least once during the two (2) month period after adjournment of each regular session of the general assembly sine die and upon the call of the chair. The committee shall fix the time and place for a meeting called under this subsection.
(c) This SECTION expires July 1, 2023.
