- (a) As used in this chapter, "state agency" means every agency, board, commission, department, bureau, or other entity of the administrative branch of Indiana state government.
- (b) The term includes every agency, board, commission, department, bureau, or other entity that is the responsibility of the state comptroller, treasurer of state, secretary of state, and attorney general.
- (c) The term includes a state educational institution.
