Chapter not applicable to loans made before January 1, 2005

A person is not subject to a prohibition or requirement of:
- (1) IC 24-9-3 (before its repeal) and IC 24-9-4 (before its repeal), both as added by P.L.73-2004; or
(2) this chapter and IC 37-5-3 ;
with respect to a loan made before January 1, 2005.
