1. (1) "Executive board" means the task force executive board established by section 3 of this chapter.
2. (2) "Task force" means the Indiana crime guns task force established by section 2 of this chapter.

3. (3) "Task force area" means one (1) or more of the following counties:

   1. (A) Boone County.
   2. (B) Hamilton County.
   3. (C) Hancock County.
   4. (D) Hendricks County.
   5. (E) Marion County.
   6. (F) Morgan County.
   7. (G) Johnson County.
   8. (H) Shelby County.
   9. (I) Allen County.
   10. (J) Lake County.
