Minimum training program standards
As added by P.L.54-2019, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.187-2021, SEC.157.
The department shall set the minimum standards for a T-CPR training program including:
- (1) course approval;
- (2) instruction; and
(3) examination;
which may include online training based on the nationally recognized guidelines adopted by the department. The department shall provide a person with a certificate for successfully completing T-CPR training.
