"Eligible political subdivision" means the following:
- (1) An airport authority.
- (2) A commuter transportation district.
- (3) A regional bus authority under IC 36-9-3-2 (c).
- (4) A regional transportation authority established under IC 36-9-3-2 .
- (5) The Lake Michigan marina and shoreline development commission under IC 36-7-13.5 .
