Effective 1-1-2026.

1. (1) notifies the applicant that a plan review can be performed within:

   1. (A) the time set forth in section 18 of this chapter; or
   2. (B) any extension period mutually agreed to by the applicant and the unit; and

2. (2) fails to complete the plan review within the time stated in subdivision (1);

   the unit shall issue a permit or a limited permit under section 22 of this chapter to the applicant not later than the next business day.
