Ind. Code § 36-7-24-3

"Facility"

As used in this chapter, "facility" refers to the following:

  1. (1) A secure facility for juveniles (as defined in IC 31-9-2.1-223 ).
  2. (2) A shelter care facility for juveniles (as defined in IC 31-9-2.1-227 ).
