Ind. Code § 36-7-11.3-12

"Single family or double family residential dwellings" defined

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.84.

As used in this chapter, "single family or double family residential dwellings" means residential structures that:

  1. (1) do not share a common wall with any other residential structures;
  2. (2) were designed and built for occupancy by not more than two (2) separate families; and
  3. (3) contain not more than two (2) separate living quarters.
