Reference to excluded city includes town of Cumberland

After December 31, 2026, any reference in:
- (1) the Indiana Code;
- (2) the Indiana Administrative Code; or
(3) any resolution;
to an excluded city, unless expressly provided otherwise, is considered a reference to the town.
