Employment of attorney to represent and advise executive

As added by P.L.137-1989, SEC.12.
  1. (a) The executive may employ and fix the compensation of an attorney to represent and advise the executive.
  2. (b) For the purposes of Section 9, Article 2 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana, employment by a county executive as an attorney does not constitute a lucrative office.
