Prohibition on certain sister city agreements; void and unenforceable agreements

- (a) A unit may not enter into a sister city agreement or any cooperative agreement with a prohibited person.
- (b) Any agreement or cooperative agreement between a unit and a prohibited person is contrary to public policy and is void and unenforceable.
