As used in this chapter, "tobacco" means an item that contains tobacco, including:

1. (1) chewing tobacco;
2. (2) cigars, cigarettes, and snuff that contain tobacco;
3. (3) pipe tobacco; and
4. (4) a dissolvable tobacco product.
