Ind. Code § 35-43-10-4

Legend drug deception resulting in death; penalty

As added by P.L.212-2005, SEC.76. Amended by P.L.158-2013, SEC.495.

A person:

  1. (1) who knowingly or intentionally manufactures, purchases, sells, delivers, brings into Indiana, or possesses a contraband legend drug; and

  2. (2) whose act under subdivision (1) results in the death of an individual;

    commits legend drug deception resulting in death, a Level 2 felony.
