Ind. Code § 34-41-4-4

Limitation of actions attacking validity

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.37.

An action attacking the validity of:

  1. (1) an order, decree, or judgment described in section 1 of this chapter; or
  2. (2) the title established by or resulting from an order, decree, or judgment described in section 1 of this chapter;

    must be brought not later than one (1) year after the date of the destruction of the record.
