Effective 7-1-2019.

1. (b) A remote notary public may charge a reasonable fee to recover expenses related to copying of:

   1. (1) electronic journal entries; or
   2. (2) audiovisual recording of remote notarial acts.

Sec. 9. (a) A remote notary public may charge a fee of not more than fifteen dollars ($15) for each remote notarial act.
