"Remote presentation" means an electronic transmission:

1. (1) by a principal;
2. (2) to a remote notary public; and

3. (3) of an image:

   1. (A) of a credential; and
   2. (B) that is of sufficient quality to allow for use of the image in credential analysis to identify the principal.
