Ind. Code § 33-39-8-2

Creation; membership

As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.18.
  1. (a) The prosecuting attorneys council of Indiana is established.

  2. (b) The membership of the council consists of all the prosecuting attorneys and their chief deputies acting in Indiana.
