1. (a) The judicial conference of Indiana is established.

2. (b) The membership of the judicial conference consists of the following:

   1. (1) All justices of the supreme court.
   2. (2) All judges of the court of appeals.
   3. (3) The judge of the tax court.
   4. (4) All circuit, superior, and probate court judges.
   5. (5) All municipal court judges who are serving on a full-time basis.
   6. (6) Any retired judge who serves as a special judge and notifies the conference of the service.

3. (c) A full-time magistrate under IC 33-23-5 is a nonvoting member of the conference.
