In each:

1. (1) civil action in which the clerk is required to collect a civil costs fee under IC 33-37-4-4 (a);

2. (2) small claims action in which:

   1. (A) a party is required to pay a township docket fee under IC 33-34-8-1 (a)(1); or
   2. (B) the clerk is required to collect a small claims costs fee under IC 33-37-4-6 ; or

3. (3) probate action in which the clerk is required to collect a probate costs fee under IC 33-37-4-7 (a);

   the clerk shall, before July 1, 2022, collect a pro bono legal services fee of one dollar ($1).
