1. (a) This section applies to all civil, criminal, infraction, and ordinance violation actions.

2. (b) The clerk shall collect a document storage fee of:

   1. (1) five dollars ($5), after June 30, 2015, and before July 1, 2022; and

   2. (2) two dollars ($2), after June 30, 2022.
